The following original model of bladder cancer in mini-pigs was developed and 34 new chemical compounds from the hydrazone group, which exhibit contractile and antispasmodic effects, were screened. All compounds were synthesized by the author's team with leading specialists, and their pharmacological effect on the small intestine segment used to form the artificial bladder reservoir was evaluated. The study also includes a preliminary analysis of oncological efficacy indicators of adjuvant hyperthermic intravesical chemotherapy in patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
