popup.description1
The purpose of the work is to enhance service characteristics of military and civil equipment components to the world level by theoretical foundations and analysis of contact interaction of their elements, strengthened by vacuum-arc nitride coatings and nanostructured metals, based on variational formulations, nanomicrostructural models and parametric modeling. as well as the development of recommendations on the justification of improved technical solutions on this basis.
popup.description2
During the reporting period, research was carried out on the stress–strain state of contacting structural elements of military and civilian equipment featuring nanostructured nitride coatings and vacuum condensates. To achieve this, the theoretical foundations for studying the stress–strain state of these elements were advanced using improved versions of boundary‑element and finite‑element methods, the Kalker variational principle, and the theory of variational inequalities. The influence of the structure, composition, and formation regimes of nanostructured vacuum condensates and copper‑based vacuum condensates on their physical‑mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, and thermal stability was analyzed. The effect of the properties of nitride coatings and pseudo‑alloys, as well as the distribution of initial gaps between elements of military and civilian equipment, on their stress–strain state was determined.
