The results of the development of the composition of a complex colloidal-hyperosmolar drugs on the based of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4, sodium chloride in hypertonic concentration, sodium acetate, L-malic acid, and electrolytes are presented. Developed the technology of production and control of solution. In an in vitro experiment, it was found that the osmolarity of the medium in which coagulation tests are performed affects the time of clot formation. Within the range of osmolarity up to 1000 mOsml/l, the deviations of coagulation tests are minimal.
