The purpose of the work is to improve the results of treatment and prevention of complications of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in athletes by developing new technologies for diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Research methods - analytical, clinical, laboratory, MRI study. statistical. As a result of the analysis, it was established that the cause of knee joint pathology, which prompted repeated treatment for patients after ACL reconstruction in 93.68% was repeated trauma and only in 6.32% other reasons. For the first time, using MT research, the optimal entry points and angles of the ACL graft channels of the femoral and tibial bones, as well as their effect on the graft, were determined and substantiated, while it was established that their location is a critically important step for the successful implementation of ACL reconstruction, since a significant error can lead to a negative outcome of the reconstruction. It was found that only in 42% of cases the measured indicators were within the optimal range. A well-founded strategy for choosing between one-stage and two-stage revision ACL reconstruction is based on an individualized approach, so with the correct location of the channels and their satisfactory quality, it is advisable to perform a one-stage intervention using a graft from the patellar ligament itself. A five-stage rehabilitation program for recovery after revision ACL reconstruction, adapted to the patient's clinical condition, was developed.
