The subject of the study consists of the tropeistic paradigm of literary texts; verbal means of objectifying concepts; the anthroponymic system, oikonymicon, and the dialectic of traditional and innovative phenomena in Ukrainian grammar. The scientific novelty of the work lies in a comprehensive theoretical and applied analysis of problems in cognitive linguistics, onomastics, and grammar. The study of Ukrainian tropeistics is detailed, the semantic structure of national concepts is explained, regional onomastics is systematised, vectors for the development of grammatical norms are determined. The relevance is determined by the need for a systematic analysis of the linguistic picture of the world through the prism of the latest transformations in lexicology, grammar and conceptology. The aim is to conduct a comprehensive study of the specifics of the lexical composition of the modern Ukrainian language, a comprehensive analysis of regional onomastics and transformational processes in grammar. To achieve this goal, methods of semantic, conceptual and stylistic analysis, etymological and statistical data processing, lexical-semantic actualisation of tropes, and modelling of authors' worldviews were used. As a result, for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics, a comprehensive analysis of the oikonymy of Ukraine in the 20th century was conducted in the context of normative and legal regulation of toponymic renaming. The influence of extra- and intralinguistic factors on the formation of oikonymy has been clarified, and lexical-semantic and word-formation models of proper names have been identified. The verification of the results of the decommunisation process of the toponymic space of Ukraine in the 21st century has been analysed. The structure of key cultural concepts has been explained.
