A pedagogical study of the mechanisms of educational interaction among participants in the educational process during the pedagogical practice of future primary school teachers was conducted. In addition, the state of the problem under study was examined and analyzed based on the results of a survey of teachers from the Sumy region conducted within the sectional meetings of the traditional regional scientific and methodological seminar “Competence Approach in Education: Theory and Practice” (November 2021). The presented study is comprehensive in nature and aims at the scientific, theoretical, and methodological substantiation of the system of professional training of future primary school teachers for the formation of key and subject competencies in primary school pupils in the context of implementing the ideas of the New Ukrainian School, the digitalization of education, and the challenges of contemporary social transformations. Particular attention is given to deepening the analysis of the implementation of the content line “We Interact Orally” on a competency-based approach. The integration of educational fields in primary school is substantiated as a factor in the development of logical thinking and students’ ability to express reasoned judgments. Considerable emphasis is placed on monitoring the quality of training of future primary school teachers under conditions of distance and blended learning, the formation of future teachers’ soft skills, as well as the specifics of using mobile technologies and digital educational resources in the modern educational process.
