The place of public-private partnerships in the system of public-private cooperation is substantiated. The regulatory and legal framework for the development of public-private partnerships in Ukraine is summarized, and the results of the functioning of public-private partnerships in Ukraine are analyzed. The mechanism of public-private partnership as a tool for implementing the cluster approach is analyzed. The scientific product developed as a result of the research work is an algorithm for implementing public-private partnerships through models of financial support for investment and innovation activities.
