A method has been developed for single-axis compression of finely dispersed coal powders directly during the measurement of electrical parameters using the impedance method. An experimental setup based on a hydraulic press allows testing coal powders of all grades and other carbon materials, setting the pressure from 0 to 20 MPa and simultaneously heating the samples to 96±8°C. Based on the results of calculating the stress-strain state parameters of the rock mass adjacent to the workings and the methodology for acoustic monitoring of its strengthening, a system for ensuring the stability and waterproofing of mine workings in fractured water-saturated rocks has been developed, which takes into account the requirements of Ukrainian state building standards. The novelty of this system lies in the creation of an insulating and reinforcing frame around the perimeter of the excavation, which contains adjacent soil, loose material and fasteners bound with polymer resin, which allows the load to be distributed around the perimeter of the excavation and significantly increases its stability and waterproofing. A method has been developed for calculating the parameters of dynamic operating modes of mineral raw material hydraulic transport systems, taking into account the start-up and shutdown processes of pressure hydraulic transport systems with three pumps, which makes it possible to determine the duration of filling the pipeline with water and changes in water flow during filling.
