MILITARY LEADERSHIP, MODELS OF MILITARY MANAGEMENT, ATTRIBUTES, COMPETENCIES.
The object of the study is information technologies for determining the psychological and psychophysiological status and condition of the cognitive functions of military personnel.
The subject of the study is methods and techniques for assessing the basic functions of the human central nervous system and their vegetative support.
The purpose of the work is to improve the effectiveness of assessing the level of individual military leadership and conducting professional selection in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result of the research, the following was done:
- an analysis of the legislative framework in the field of military leadership and existing techniques and methods for assessing the attributes and competencies of a military leader was conducted;
- an improved psychological methodology for identifying the main personal attributes and competencies of a military leader was developed; the effectiveness of the improved psychological methodology for identifying the main personal attributes and competencies of a military leader was experimentally substantiated;
- psychophysiological markers (psychophysiological portrait) of military leaders at the tactical level of implementation have been identified;
- a methodology for determining the psychophysiological portrait of military leaders at the tactical level of implementation has been developed in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- developed prototypes of specialized software for determining psychological and psychophysiological markers of military leaders at the tactical level of implementation, and accompanying documentation for them.
