popup.description1
Development of methods for comprehensive assessment of increasing durability and ensuring the strength of aircraft structural elements.
popup.description2
The task of the research is to develop methods for comprehensive assessment of increasing the durability and ensuring the strength of structural elements of aviation equipment.
The work investigates the analysis of factors that affect the wear resistance of parts of friction units of machines and mechanisms using modern methods of surface modification based on analytical and experimental studies.
The patterns of influence of lubricating, rheological and energy parameters of dissipative structures on the antifriction and antiwear properties of contact surfaces in unstable operating conditions have been determined.
Additional original author's methods for measuring the thickness of the lubricating layer have been developed.
The patterns of influence of geometric, kinematic and power parameters that determine the technical and operational characteristics of high-speed gears that affect power losses due to aerohydrodynamic resistance to rotation of gears, compressor losses and mechanical rolling and sliding friction have been determined.
Finite element models of structural elements made of solid and layered fiber-reinforced composite materials have been developed. Determination of the NDS indicators and limit states of shell elements with damage under prolonged action of various operational factors. Calculations of composite samples have been carried out based on the developed finite element models.
Parameters of impact and other damage to samples and structural elements made of polymer composite materials (G1CM) have been determined, methods for studying the relaxation of damage to samples and structural elements made of G1CM have been developed, and studies of damage relaxation on samples with different structures and combinations of layers have been carried out.
