The purpose of the field and laboratory studies was to investigate the peculiarities of the formation of yield and grain quality of winter spelt varieties under organic cultivation in Polissya of Ukraine. According to the tasks provided in the program, the topic of the scientific dissertation was formed, a working hypothesis was developed and research factors were determined.
