The specific features of disordering in TeO2, Li2B4O7 and LiB3O5 are compared with the known semiconductor and superionic crystals. The radiation defects being formed in paratellurite single crystals due to high-energy electron irradiation at room temperature, are oxygen vacancy complexes.
