The aim is the ecology-biologycal estimation of the introduction plants and selection of the perspective species for using in creating green implants, phytodesign, reclamation of the lands disturbed by iron-ore industry, preservation of the rared and disappeared species. Methods are common for Botanical Gardens using for studyins plants by introduction. It was for the first time that 132 new species, forms and sorts have been drowed into introduction experiment; the results of phenology observation in 2534 of taxons were received; ecologo-biologycal peculiarities of species were studyed and more than 100 species and forms of trees and schrubs, 60 flower-ornamental plants for creating green implant, 193 species for phytoreclamation, 150 taxons for phytodesign of the interiors were selected and recommended.
