The aim of investigation is elaboration of programmed technological complexes (PTC) of expert systems and also the principles and the complexes of the programmes of the optimal synthesis of the complicated systems of control. Presented the analysis of applied elaborations and use of sub-systems of the intellectual maintenance of taking decisions. Deter-mined the sub-problems of the control of technological complexes (TC) of the food productions on the basis of sugar and spirit plants and also are determined the problems of the organization control. The formation of the structure of computer-integrated systems with the sub-systems of intellectual maintance of taking decisions (CISSD) has been carried out. The technical structure of CISSD and the complex of technical aids have been worked out, t he methods and means for increasing safety and stability are presented. The analysis of the formation of the expert systems and their functional structure have been carried out and created their mathematical insurance. The structure of PTC is presented, the conception of designing PTC with the intellectual sub-systems for controlling the complicated technological complexes of food industry is worked out.
