For the first time embrional and post-embrional development of mullet mugil so-iuy in Azov-Black Seas basin up to the stage of early young fish were discribed. It was stated, that total number of macrozoobenthos species on safe bottoms in the Crimea coastal zone of the Black sea in 80-90 years was equal to 304. That is 1,7 times more, that it was marked in 50-60 years. The redox-zone (130-150) as a place for specific community with organisms adapted to anaerobic conditions is reveled. Data on an influence of seasonal cyclic and long-term factors on biodiversity of parasite component of the Black Sea in-shore ecosystems are obtained. We revealled the trend of perennial change of bottom vegetation at a rate of floristical c omposition, the structure of population and communities of macrophytes in the Sevastopol region and south coast of Crimea. The computer catalogue of herbatium of the Black Sea macrophytes (4369 samples), which includes formalized data on 151, was fopmed. Theoretic-experimental bases for intensive cultivating was designed. The electronic determinator and knowledge base on 4 families of fishes of the Mediterranean basin is built.
