The main characteristics of electrohydraulic treatment (EHT) have been determined. By theirs variation it to control the degree of the graphite spheriodization. Five variants of the material combined treatment have been worked out on the base of the study of the conditions and passible mechanizms of the liguid and solid phase interaction. The mast effective variant for the combined treatment is planned to be determined experimentally and on this base the rational mode of the EHT must be selected. The direction of the findings and the rate of works were determined with the approach based on the methodics intended for analysis of local characteristics of the processes at treatment .
