The aim - to study peculiarities of metabolic disturbances based on the data of the oxidative phosphorilation, lipid peroxydation processes, of catalase and SOD activities, of apoptosis and of cells microheatenergy production, under exposure to low doses external ionizing irradiation. Methods of the study - biochemical, polarographic, cytofluorographic, microcalorimetric, hematological. The carried out researches have shown, that the ionizing irradiating of rats in a dose 0,5 Gy for 7-th day and 14-th day stimulated of metabolism in the cells, that finds reflectance in intensification of the oxidative phosphorilation, lipid peroxidation, stimulation of antioxidat- enzymes activity, the rising of cell microheat production. The intensification of the metabolic processes inhibited the development apoptotic changes, which were developed for 3-th day after an irradiating in the liver cells. The POL processes for 3 -th day after an irradiating were intensificated most of all, that coincided with enlarged amount apoptotic cells in the liver.
