Work purpose - the study of thermomechanical characteristics of oxide solders in MeO-Al2O3-SiO2 (MeO-CaO, BaO, MnO) for the snbsequent employment during the connection of ceramic elements. Research methods - quarts dilatometer; differential thermal analysis; ultimate strength of the seal during the beuding. Coefficients of linear expousion of 6 compositions of solders were meesured experimentally and their comparision was carried out with computed data obteined acurding to a addidivity formula as well as the converseny of results was revealed. An influence of technological factors - the heating temperature and the holding tinec on the compression strength of seals. It was established that durinf the heating temperature up to 1450 C the strength of seals is increased and for some solders of reaches 270 n/mm2. Diring an increase of the holding time more than 60minutes it leads to the decrease of the seal strength. Using DTA method the tendency of solders to the crystallization during the carry-out of thermal treatment was ascertained. Researched solders can be used products of intricate shope from ultrahigh vacummdence corundum ceramics. On the basis of carried out research the trial lot of soldered metal-ceramic products acording to the contract N 903 was produced where one of solders was used as an adhesion additive of the metallization of coating. For a subsequent explanation of processeses occuring during of ceramics the investigation should be centinued for the purpose of researching processes occuring at between phase boundaty ceremics - oxidie solder as well as structuries of solders characteristics.
