The research methods-chemical,petrographical,physicomechanical and thermomechanical.Research aimed at establishing an influence type of kaoline chamotte and corundum type of different producerson properties of lowcement alumosilicate castable mixes of СШНЦБ, СМКРНЦБ, СМЛНЦБ, СМКНЦБ brands.From the research results it is evident that it is possible to produce alumosilicate castable mixes using a kaoline chamotte of ШК-42 brand and corundum of different producers (O.J.S.C"Urginski abrasive works" and O.J.S.C"Zaporozhabrosive") to be delivered as finished fractions equally with chamotte of ШК-1or ШМК-77 brand and electrofused corundum of O.J.S.C."UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" which makes possible to decrease the price of finished products. For chamotte and mullitesilicalowcement castable mixes the possibility to use as hydroulic binder an alumina cement of ГЦ-50-1 equally with a highalumina cement of ВГЦ-73 brand was evident. Because of an increased grinding of fron the milling of electrofused corundum of O.JH.S.C"UAworks" has been proved unadvisable for producing a fine milled component of castable mixes. An application for suposed invention was handed in. In the O.J.S.C"UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of lowcement alumosilicate castable mixes of СШНЦБ and СМКНЦБ brands were produced which were turned over to different works of Ukraine. The work should be continued for the purpose of putting into production and an expanding the utilization region of lowcement alumosilicate castable mixes of developed compositions and their subsequent perfection.
