The work purpose - the improvement of the manufacturing technology of the catalyst corundum carrier of the methane steam conversion and output of trial lots.The research methods are chemical, spectral, physicomecanical. The research on the improvement of the manufacturing technology of the catalyst corundum carrier which is produced using the plastic shaping method was carried out. The mouldability of mixes and propertis of samples of the catalyst carrier during an introduction of diffirent organic plasticizers and finely dispersive reactive aluminas of "Alcoa" company as well as an influence of CaO addition on the carrier strength were researched. As a result of carried out research the catalyst corundum carrier with a compression strength 52-68 MPa at the waterabsorbtion 23-24% was produced. The search research was carried out and the catalyst carrier with a waterabsorbtion 25,5-27,0% and a compression strength not lesser 20 MPa during an introduction of CaO-containing component in an amount up tp 1% by CaO was carried. The works were carried out for putting into production the determination procedures of the waterabsorbtion, compression strength and thermal shock resistance of the catalyst carrier. 3 applications were handed in for the supposed invention. During the manufacturing process trial lot parameters of separate technological process stages were corrected which allowed to reach stable properties of the carrier and to increase the process productivity. Trial lots of the catalyst corundum carrier of the methane steam conversion according specification 26.2-00190503-232-2003 were produced and delivered to the O.J.S.C "Альвиго-КС", city Severodonictsk. The work should be continued for the purpose of subsequent improving the manufacturing technology of the catalyst carrier, including a fitting of plasticizing agents for improving of the mouldability of mixes using a plastic shaping, fitting of additions for a regulation of the main indices of propeties, out of trial lot of the catalyst carrier with an addition of CaO, maximum mechanization of the proces and an broadening of introduction.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
