Objective – to examine deterministic chaos of medical image in malignant processes. Methods of study – cytological, morphological, physico-chemical, physoco-mathematical. Instruments – light digital microscope Axioskop 40 (ZEISS, Germany), light microscope Polyvar-2 (Reichert, Austria), electron microscope JEOL-100B (Jeol, Japan), analyzer of mechanoemission TPA-3 (Ukraine), chemiluminometer CHLM1C-01 (Ukraine), PC. Non-linear analysis of digital images was performed on the basis of estimation of irregularity of contours and indices of heterogenity of digital images of tumor surfaces, cells and nucleus. For the estimation of deterministic quantum chaos in signals emission of blood methods of spectral Furie analysis and non-linear dynamics using the parameter of spread of phase trajectory were used. Characteristic feature in malignant skin melanoma as compared with healthy people was weakening of deterministic chaos and increase of the processes of stochastic (casual) behavior at cellular and quantum levels. In patients with malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas with big B-cells as compared with the patients with malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas with small B-cells on cellular, subcellular and quantum levels (examination mehanoemission of blood) the tendency of increase of stochastic events in appointed chaotic processes has been registered.
