The purpose of the work is the fused corundum production follow-on and the receipt of fused magnesia from Slovak briquette. Methods of research are chemical, petrographic, spectral, granulometric. The fused corundum production follow-on on ОКБ-514 electric-arc furnace was carried out. The fusions analysis was conducted, with a glance of which the "Amendment №2" to ТИ 24-ИО-84-2002 "Fused corundum and mullite production on block" was developed. The trial fusions of Slovak briquette and Chinese sintered magnesite on electric-arc furnace of РКЗ-10И type at Vasilevsky plant of technological equipment were carried out. It is shown, that fused magnesia yield is: from briquette 35,8%, from magnesite 39,3%. While Slovak briquette fusion, the magnesia enrichment occurs due to the MgO content increase (with 87,1 to 90,9-93,4%) by ferric oxides content decrease (with 8,7to 4,77-6,84%).5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
