The methodical and system technological providing of works was carried out from support in the actual state of informative fund of bank of these unoccupied apartments, making an annual inventory of objects of district community property of territorial society of Kyiv, providing of reflection of graphic appearances of superficial plans of apartments andpictures of objects of the real estate. Methodical and practical recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of technology of conducting of analysis after the use of objects of unoccupied fund of community property of territorial society of Kyiv.
