Methods of researches - chemical, petrographic analyses of initial components, roentgen phase, physical-mechanic. With the purpose of further perfection of key properties of batchers from zirconia stabilized by СаО, the influence of grain composition, amount of alumina addition of ГК-2 grade, pressing pressure, mix dampness and ЛСТ amount on the main properties factors of the samples is investigated. The optimal composition and technological parameters are established, that provide the receipt of batchers samples with properties factors, exceeding analogous factors for batchers, manufactured nowadays, according to factors of cold crushing strength 1,5 times as much, open porosity over 1,6 % as much. With the purpose of a raw-material base enlargement for production of batchers, the researches of amount influence (from 5 up to 20 %) of monoclinic ZrO2 addition on the main properties factors of batchers samples from zirconia stabilized by MgO are carried out. It is established, that the introduction of 5% monoclinic ZrO2 addition provides the increase of cold crushing strength by 1,2 and the decrease of open porosity of samples by 1,0%. Taking into account obtained results of researches on perfection of manufacturing methods of batchers for nonswirl nozzles and with the use of earlier executed investigations, i.e. with the application of chamotte of ШК-42 grade in the cold part of nozzles instead of white or normal electro corundum up to 30 %, in OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy" the trial lot of nonswirl nozzles for tests carrying out at steel casting from МНЛЗ tundish ladle is put out. The trial lot of a mix of powders on a basis of zirconia stabilized by CaO, intended for batchers manufacture, is put out. To continue the work towards further perfection of the production technology of composite nonswirl nozzle and enlargementof production volumes and introduction to the customer. To continue the work towards the production technology introduction of concrete mixes containing 25 % of scrappage, output of trial lots of these concrete mixes and carrying out of commercial tests in service in hot face of lining of black carbon reactors of OJSC" КЗТУ".
