Karazin popup.description2 The objects of researches were modern composite structures of tungsten covering on stainless steel both with a copper underlayer and without it; organic dyes: rhodamine 6G, methylene blue, acridine orange, neutral red, indigo and tryptophane amino acid. The aims of work were the studies of: forming and annealing of radiation defects in the composite structures at the irradiation of them by medium energy D2+ ions; radiation effects in organic substances irradiated by He+ та Ar+ ions. The methods of studies were thermodesorption mass spectrometry, secondary ions mass spectrometry, electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry. Processes of trapping and release of deuterium ion-implanted into composite structures with tungsten covering and its influence on the structure of compositions and macrostresses in them were studied. The deuterium trapping coefficients and their dependences on fluence and samples temperature during irradiation were determined. The spectra of deuterium thermal desorption from the composite structures with tungsten covering were analyzed. It is supposed that ion-implanted deuterium was trapped in vacancy radiation defects forming complexes that at post radiation heating dissociated releasing deuterium or forming gas bubbles. D+ ions irradiation resulted in forming in tungsten covering of interstitial atoms complexes that transformed later on in interstitial dislocation loops. The influence of the irradiation by ions He+ та Ar+ on organic dyes rhodamine 6G, methylene blue, acridine orange, neutral red, indigo and tryptophane amino acid was studied. The obtained results confirmed structural sensitivity of secondary ions mass spectrometry and indicated that it has the great potential for studies of radiation disturbances in organic and bioorganic objects. The work results can be used at the development of new materials of prescribed properties, in structural material science and at the development of the procedure of organic compositions studies by secondary ions mass spectrometry.
