2177 of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria isolates was researched from patients with had acute and chronic inflammatory processes of different localization during 2005-2009 years. Ascertained: 1. High level of resistance (100%) of bacteria relative to broad spectrum penicillines and tetracycline's amount representatives of genus Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonadaceae. 2. Considerable increasing of beta-hemolytic streptococci resistance to penicillines and macrolides. 3. Increasing of H.pylori resistance to particular drugs of erradical therapy (e.i. clarithromycin and metronidazole). Detected: 1. Increasing number of MRSA amount strains of staphylococci strains either hospital or non-hospital origin. 2. Increasing number of isolates of non-clostridial anaerobes (usually B.fragilis) resistant to metronidazole and clindamycin.
