To assess the influence of metabolism co- factors on processes of power metabolism in mitochondria and an efficiency of their usage for correcting the mitochondria dysfunction in children-inhabitants of the radioactive contaminated territories. It has been established that the prescription of metabolism co-factors promoted the decreased frequency of clinical sings and the decreased activity of 137 Cs incorporated under mitochondria dysfunction by 24.7-38,3 %, and under the mitochondria deficiency - by 30.6-48.7 % in children with disordered cellular biopower engineering. The significant positive ubikhinon effect on the processes of the cellular biopower engineering was confirmed in children with mitochondria dysfunction as well as mitochondria deficiency. It was revealed its antioxidant and immunomodulating effects. The positive ubikhinon effect on functional state of skeletal muscles and those of cardiovascular system was established.
