The comparative analysis of the Arabian and Crimean Tatar languages is conducted (on the example of izafet combinations of words); for the last decades in searching, collecting and treatment of vocabulary and phraseology of literary Arabic and dialects, its systematization and classification considerable successes are attained. The lexic-semantical and grammatical features of phraseological units of Turkish and Crimean Tatar languages are studied; some problems of forming of Crimean Tatar people and their language are investigatigated.
