A research object is modern information technologies of control system by knowledges for support of the systems of making decision in the public organs of financial management. The purpose of research work is research of modern information technologies of management knowledges for support of making decision in the public organs of management knowledges. Research methods. Scientifically methodological the base of leadthrough of scientific research are legislative and normative acts of Ukraine, scientifical-practical publications, results of scientific researches of domestic and oversea scientists, modern software products from control system, systems of support of making decision, by knowledges and analytical materials, the Internet. It is foreseen in the process of research: to use the basic types of analysis (rich in content, systematic, comparative and others like that) of the proper literature, normative documents, statistical information, forms and methods of modern software products, electronic accounting, and others like that; to conduct the analysis of present modern software products and information technologies in relation to analytical support of making decision in planning of government financial activity; the use of resources of Internet-technologies is in relation to possibilities of system integration and general use of interdepartmental DB of financial receipts. Results and their novelty consists in the synthesis of architecture of base of knowledges on the basis of analysis of architecture of procedural, declarative, kazual and unclear bases of knowledges and integration of structural, functional, technological, prognosis and planned model of the analytical system. For the construction of components of base of knowledges the decouplig of the analytical system is carried out on typical elementary bussnes-proceses combinations of which enable to build the models of financial analysis. The hypothetical hierarchical system of aims and indexes of the system is developed on its basis objective model of base of knowledges for the three-level structure of the analytical system. Formalized procedures of opening and search of knowledges, which provides self-reactance and structural adaptation of the analytical system to influence of indignations. The detailed analysis of functioning of modern public organs of financial management is conducted. In detail considered questions of safety of the informative systems. The theoretical value of research results consists in creation of new methodical approaches in relation to the use of the intellectual systems in the processes of making decision by the public organs of financial management. Practical meaningfulness scientifically methodical recommendations arrived at due to the orientation of technologies financially tax analysts in practice of the use of the intellectual systems in the processes of making decision by the public organs of financial management. Expected results. As a result of research introduction is foreseen in practice of activity of tax organs of methods of organization of information-analytical DB for support of making decision in the processes of planning of tax receipts and prognostication of budgetary indexes. Degree of introduction - at the level of developments. Recommendations are in relation to drawing on the results of work: can be drawn on research results for the construction of intellectual of the informative systems for financial analytic.
