The synthesis of surface-active compounds by bacteria genus Bacillus, by yeasts genus Candida and Phaffia was investigated. The G. rubripertincta UKM Ace-122 strain also synthesizes bioemulsifier - exopolysaccharide complex (EPC) and carotenoids. An optimal composition of nutrient media for the synthesis of surfactants and EPC by cultures G. rubripertincta UKM Ac-122 and R. ruber UKM Ac-288 was found. The stimulating effect of aspartic acid on the synthesis of target products was shown at first. The technology of biosynthesis of surfactants and the EPC by G. rubripertincta UKM Ac-122 in fermenters with aeration eddy system was developed. Thus improving the concentration of EPC on 17% (to 9.2 g / l), surfactants on - 23% (to 10.0 g / l) compared to cultivation in flasks .
