The calculations of the energy spectra and wave functions in the space quantization subbands were made at different temperatures. The results at low (helium) temperatures (solution of Schr?dinger equation) coincide with those of some other authors. The Hartree potential created by free electrons in the space quantization subbands and ionized impurities of delta-layer was taken into account at high (room) temperatures. The Schr?dinger and Poison equations were settled conjointly in this case. The absorption measurements of centre and edge delta-doped quantum wells revealed that at room temperatures the results are similar for both types of quantum wells used, and, on the contrary, they are quite different at low (helium) temperatures. These results can support the idea about influence of impurity delta-layer ionization on the binding energy of that impurity.
