The purpose of the study is to substantiate the results of meaningful indicators of physical preparedness and psychophysiological qualities of communication specialists to improve their military-professional (combat) activity. The object of the study is the physical and psycho-emotional load of military personnel during the conduct of hostilities. In the course of the work, the following results were obtained: - the relationship between the indicators of physical preparedness, psychoemotional and functional status and professionally important psychophysiological qualities of communication specialists is studied; - indicators of physical preparedness, functional state and psychophysiological qualities of communication specialists were studied; - the verification of the effectiveness of the experimental work program of the academic discipline regarding the improvement of the level of physical preparedness and professionally important psycho-physiological qualities in the students - future communication specialists; - substantiated results of meaningful indicators of physical preparedness and psychophysiological qualities of communication specialists for improvement of their military-professional (combat) activity; - methodical recommendations (proposals) to commanders (supervisors) concerning regulation and dosage of physical and psychoemotional load of subordinate personnel have been developed; - a comprehensive communication link has been developed in order to improve the level of physical preparedness and professionally important psychophysiological qualities in communication specialists.
