The object of study - personnel services of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The study goal - substantiation of proposals on ways to implement NATO standards in the activities of personnel services of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The study methods - system analysis, methods of multidimensional comparative analysis, synthesis. Main results of the study: methodological recommendations on the procedure for implementing NATO standards in the activities of personnel services of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Proposed materials are to be realized in the activities of the structural units of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which deal with the implementation of NATO standards in personnel services, in the educational process of National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi for the preparation of students and in further scientific research on this science direction.
