The reduction of spontaneous apoptosis of mononuclear phagocytes and neutrophyls was revealed in overweight patients. It was accompanied by relative insufficiency of Fas-receptor’s expression on cell surfaces. This is a one of aggravating mechanisms of bronchial asthma course in these patients.
