Implementation in Ukraine's economy and banking best business practices requires relevant training in the system of the National Bank of Ukraine through the Ukrainian Academy of Banking on the basis of combination in the learning process a study of a system of controllers for economic processes inherent in the market, and holding the appropriate institutional arrangements for their implementation in the banking system. Students of the Academy are studying such methods of banking. Clearly, formation of organizationally and functionally perfect educational process should be based on the use of the latest advances in economic science. An urgent need for highly skilled banking specialists generates the need for digestion by students of modern methods and principles, involved in banking technology, and with this formation of skills to freely navigate in such technologies and in the future make better management decisionsshould be emphasized that a modern specialist, in addition to theoretical knowledge and practical skills in banking, should focus on constantly improving banking system, analyze and apply new technologies in practice. Дане монографічне дослідження присвячується 10-річчю створення Української академії банківської справи Національного банку України. Впровадження в економіку України і банківську діяльність найбільш ефективних методів господарювання потребує відповідної підготовки фахівців у системі Національного банку України через Українську академію банківської справи на основі поєднання в навчальному процесі вивчення системи регуляторів економічних процесів, властивих ринку, та проведення відповідних організаційних заходів з їх впровадження в банківську систему. Студенти академії саме й навчаються методів організації банківської діяльності. Безумовно, формування організаційно і функціонально довершеної системи навчального процесу повинно спиратися на використання новітніх досягнень економічної науки. Нагальна потреба у висококваліфікованих фахівцях банківської справи породжує необхідність засвоєння студентами сучасних методів і принципів, задіяних у банківських технологіях, а разом із цим формування навичок вільно орієнтуватись у цих технологіях і в подальшому приймати оптимальні управлінські рішення. Адже сучасний фахівець, крім теоретичних знань і практичних навичок у банківській справі, має орієнтуватися в постійно удосконалюваній системі банківської діяльності, аналізувати й застосовувати новітні технології в практичній діяльності. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
