Висока стійкість у навколишньому середовищі забезпечує безперервну циркуляцію збудника. Актуальною ця хвороба є і для України, цьому сприяють сучасні економічно-соціальні передумови. Aim was to investigate the effect of probiotics on the course of salmonellosis by examining changes in indicators of endogenous intoxication and immunoreactivity in patients. 189 patients with salmonellosis were examined. They were taken to hospital at (2.26±0.08) day. The average age of patients was (43.23±1.22) years. Depending on the receiving therapy patients were divided into four groups – CI, CII, CIII, СІV. Integrative endogenous intoxication and immunoreactivity indicators were calculated: leucocyte intoxication index (LII), hematological index of intoxication (HII), index of leukocytes shift (ISL), Krebs index (KI), immunoreactivity index (IR), lymphocytic-granulocytic index (ILG), neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte-monocyte ratio (LMR), neutrophil reactive response (NRR), index of leukocyte and ESR ratio (ILESR), lymphocyte index (Ilymph), eosinophilslymphocytes ratio (ELR), index of allergization (IA), nuclear index (NI), index of intoxication severity (IIS). Increased of integrative indexes of endogenous intoxication: LII, ISL, HII, NLR, NI, IIS, KI, NRR indicates the significant endogenous intoxication and inflammatory response in patients in the acute stage of the disease (p<0.05). Simultaneous increase ISL, ILESR and reduce ILG (p <0.05) associated with endogenous intoxication and violation of immunological reactivity due to autointoxication. Reduction Ilymph, ELR, IA (p <0.05) is due to active adaptive response of white blood cell and immune deficiency. Indices of endogenous intoxication - LII, ISL, HII, KI, ILG, NLR, Ilymph, ELR, IA came to normal in convalescents who received basic therapy and a combined probiotic (p <0.001). NI and IIS in the same group did not come to normal, but were the lowest compared to other groups (p <0.001). Thus, a combined probiotic that use in the treatment of patients with salmonellosis leads to rapid normalization of endogenous intoxication and immunoreactivity. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
