Важливо, що освіта сьогодні – це питання переважно державної компетенції, приміром стаття 53 Конституції України гарантує кожному право на освіту. Враховуючи це та відповідні тенденції розвитку людства, діджиталізація освіти є логічним і закономірним вектором розвитку цієї сфери, про що також свідчить досвід провідних країн світу. Отже, потрібно дослідити, чи реально діджиталізація освіти потрібна в Україні, проаналізувавши сам процес технічного вдосконалення та досвід інших країн, які вже мають значні досягнення в цій сфері Against the background of such innovations, the fact of growing demand for education is logical and quite justified. There are also growing demands for quality, accessibility and compliance of education with modern human needs. It is important that education today is a matter of predominantly state competence, for example, Article 53 of the Constitution of Ukraine guarantees everyone the right to education. Given this and the corresponding trends in human development, the digitalization of education is a logical and natural vector of development in this area, as evidenced by the experience of leading countries.
