Зазначено, що хоча етимологічне значення слів «подарунок» та «дарунок» є тотожним, законодавець використовує ці поняття як різні категорії; в нормативних актах або надає їм нетотожне визначення або оперує обома цими категоріями як синонімами. Порівнюючи ознаки дарунку та подарунку, визначено, що подарунок може бути наданий як безоплатно, так і платно, проте за ціною, нижчою мінімальної ринкової. The article analyzes the relationship between the concepts of "gift" and "gift" as categories of modern legislation of Ukraine. It is noted that although the etymological meaning of the words "gift" and "gift" is identical, the legislator uses these concepts as different categories; in regulations or gives them a non-identical definition or operates with both of these categories as synonyms.
