Актуальність проведеного дослідження полягає в узагальненні результатів за основними напрямами і показниками діяльності ЦІПО, що дає можливість встановити її ефективність, а також у систематизації накопичених матеріалів, що дає підстави для визначення тенденцій і стратегій подальшого розвитку. Мета аналітичної доповіді – на основі об’єктивних критеріїв і показників охарактеризувати напрями діяльності ЦІПО як структурного підрозділу університету, визначити тенденції і перспективи розвитку. На основі значного обсягу фактичного матеріалу і статистичних даних висвітлено кількісні і якісні показники за всіма напрямами роботи. Для опрацювання емпіричного матеріалу й узагальнення висновків застосовано комплекс методів, що відповідає поставленим завданням і є релевантним для проведеного дослідження. Подано періодизацію досліджуваного періоду на основі об’єктивних критеріїв. У представленій праці акцентовано увагу на традиціях та історії бренду ЦІПО, охарактеризовано такі напрями, як управління інститутом, цифровізація його діяльності, освітня, наукова, методична, організаційна робота, міжнародна діяльність, проведення масових заходів, функціонування в умовах воєнного стану. Показана система роботи ЦІПО в контексті післядипломної освіти й освіти дорослих. У кожному розділі аналітичної доповіді наводяться показники діяльності ЦІПО за певним напрямом, на цій основі – визначаються особливості наявного стану, тенденції та перспективи подальшого розвитку. В узагальненому вигляді це віддзеркалено у спеціальному підрозділі та висновках. Текст аналітичної доповіді ілюстрований схемами, діаграмами, графіками, світлинами, що доповнює і конкретизує поданий зміст. Матеріали призначено для наукових, науково-педагогічних, педагогічних працівників, керівників освіти, широкого кола педагогічної громадськості. This is the analytical report based on the results of study covering the activities of Central Institute of Postgraduate Education (CIPE) incorporated in Sate educational establishment "University of Education Management" at National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine; the report covers the period of 2018-2022 and highlights the peculiarities of current state, trends and prospects of CIPE. The topicality of conducted research lies in summarizing the results according to basic directions and coefficients of CIPE activity, which makes it possible to determine its effectiveness. Also, the research enables to perform the systematization of accumulated materials, which provides grounds for determining trends and strategies for further development. The purpose of this analytical report is to characterize the directions of CIPE activity, where CIPE is regarded as a structural division of the university, and to determine trends and prospects of development. On the basis of significant amount of actual material and statistical data, the report highlights quantitative and qualitative coefficients in all areas of activities. A complex of acceptable and relevant methods has been used to process the empirical material and to generalize the conclusions of conducted research. On the basis of objective criteria there has been presented the periodization of researched period. Also the presented report focuses on traditions and history of CIPE brand, and characterizes such aspects as institute management, digitalization of its activities, educational, scientific, methodical, organizational work, international activities, holding mass events, functioning in martial law conditions. The system of CIPE operation is shown in the context of postgraduate education and adult education. Each section of analytical report contains coefficients related to CIPE activities in separate specified directions, so on this basis, the peculiarities of current state, trends and prospects for further development are being determined. In generalized form, this aspect is reflected in special subsection and conclusions section. The text of analytical report is illustrated with diagrams, charts, graphs, photos, which complement and specify the presented content.
