Qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of mergers and acquisitions, their features of application. The main types of mergers and acquisitions, as well as methods of their financing are described. A review of the experience of concluding M&A agreements among international companies, an analysis of the problems and prospects of the merger and acquisition market in Ukraine.
