Для цього застосовано структурно-динамічний аналіз з розрахунком інтегральних коефіцієнтів структурних змін Гатєва та Салаї. Для проведення дослідження обрано період з 2015 по 2021 рік поквартально, в розрізі доходів державного, місцевих та зведеного бюджетів України. В роботі детально проаналізовано фактичну структуру доходів в динаміці та структуровано; оцінено співвідношення доходів бюджетів всіх рівнів з ВВП країни; визначено інтегральні коефіцієнти структурних змін Гатєва та Салаї. На підставі розрахунку інтегральних індексів зроблено висновок щодо існування розбалансованої структури доходів бюджетів всіх рівнів. The purpose of this study was to analyze the state of formation of the revenue part of the state, local and consolidated budgets of Ukraine by determining the integral indicator of structural changes. For this, a structural-dynamic analysis was applied with the calculation of integral coefficients of structural changes by Gatev and Salai. The period from 2015 to 2021 was selected for the study on a quarterly basis, in terms of revenues of the state, local and consolidated budgets of Ukraine. In the work, the actual structure of income in dynamics is analyzed in detail and structured; the ratio of budget revenues of all levels to the country's GDP was estimated; integral coefficients of structural changes of Gatev and Salai were determined. Based on the calculation of integral indices, a conclusion was made regarding the existence of an unbalanced structure of budget revenues at all levels. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
