The article is devoted to the coverage of one of the topical topics of legal regulation of the conclusion of an employment contract with non-fixed working hours and the problematic issues of its application. The legislator, by making changes to the labor legislation, aimed to legalize the labor relations of employees who perform work on a non-permanent basis. But whether it will be possible to achieve this will definitely be shown only by the practice of applying an employment contract with non-fixed working hours.
