С. Кузнеця Description The сredit derivatives are one of the methods of credit risks management in foreign banks. In the article the necessity of using the credit derivatives by the Ukrainian banks is proved. The essence of credit derivatives, their basic features and kinds are considered. The basic problems of application of those tools in the domestic banks are marked, ways of their solving are offered.
