Загальнонаукову основу методології даного дослідження визначає гуманістичний характер сучасної освіти, його спрямованість на гармонійний розвиток особистості, пріоритет моральних цінностей. Subject of research: pedagogical innovations as a condition of personal and professional development of a teacher of higher education. The concept of "personal and professional growth" in the psychological and pedagogical literature is considered in the work; the essential characteristics of personal and professional growth of a teacher of a higher education institution are revealed; the existing technological programs of pedagogical purpose and structure of educational activity on credit-modular system are studied; value-motivational determinants of professional growth are investigated. Methodological basis of the study.
