Проведено аналіз наукових досліджень щодо морфологічних і біологічних особливостей буряка столового, сортового різноманіття. Визначено актуальність проведення досліджень сучасних сортів та гібридів буряка столового та впровадження їх у виробництво. Аналіз ґрунтово-кліматичних умов для проведення лдосліджень показав, що вони є типовими для Лівобережного Лісостепу України і у 2023 році за кількістю опадів, температурним режимом були досить сприятливі для росту і розвитку буряка столового. Вирощування сортів Бордо харківський та Ломако, гібриду Бетті F1 показало, що в період вегетації вони формували різну кількість листків, їх висоту та різні за розміром, вагою та якістю коренеплоди. Найбільшу загальну урожайність сформував гібрид Бетті F1, яка склала 89 т/га з товарністю 87 %. Сорти Бордо харківський та Ломако забезпечили загальну урожайність 43,0 та 31,5 т/га відповідно з товарністю 63-64 %. Найменшу урожайність буряка столового отримали при вирощуванні сорту Ломако, загальна ‒ 31,5, товарність – 20,0 т/га з вагою коренеплодів від 53до 145 г. The diploma work presents the results of research on the effectiveness of growing two varieties and one hybrid of beetroot in the Left Bank Forest Steppe of Ukraine. An analysis of scientific research on the morphological and biological features of table beets, varietal diversity, was carried out. The relevance of conducting research on modern varieties and hybrids of table beets and introducing them into production has been determined. The analysis of soil-climatic conditions for ice research showed that they are typical for the Left Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine and in 2023, according to the amount of precipitation and temperature, they were quite favorable for the growth and development of table beet. Cultivation of the Bordeaux Kharkiv and Lomako varieties, the Betty F1 hybrid, showed that during the growing season they formed different numbers of leaves, their height, and root crops of different size, weight, and quality. The Betty F1 hybrid produced the highest total yield, which was 89 t/ha with a marketability of 87 %. Varieties Bordeaux Kharkiv and Lomako provided a total yield of 43.0 and 31.5 t/ha, respectively, with marketability of 63-64 %. The lowest productivity of table beet was obtained when growing the Lomako variety, total – 31.5, marketability – 20.0 t/ha with the weight of root crops from 53 to 145 g. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
