Парвовірусний ентерит собак вважається однією з найпоширеніших інфекційних хвороб і призводить до значних збитків у собаківництві як в Україні, так і в інших країнах. Загальні економічні збитки від парвовірозу складаються із затрат від загибелі й вибракування тварин у службовому собаківництві та витрат на проведення профілактичних, протиепізоотичних і лікувальних заходів. Смертність серед цуценят до 6 - місячного віку може досягати 50–80 %. Разом зі значними матеріальними збитками, які заподіює дане захворювання, очевидним є і моральний збиток, що наноситься власникам хворих тварин. У зв'язку зі збільшенням кількості собак, які знаходяться в міських умовах, парвовірусний ентерит набуває широкого поширення як серед поголів'я домашніх собак, так і серед безпритульних тварин. Що до епізоотології даного захворювання залишається відкритим у зв'язку з різними даними щодо вікової та породної динаміки за парвовірусної інфекції собак. Клінічна картина у хворих тварин та патологоанатомічні зміни в органах після загибелі собак, особливо на початку епізоотії, є невідповідними і недостатніми для постановки діагнозу, тому запровадження методів надійної діагностики парвовірусного ентериту є актуальними для собаківництва. Маловивченими залишаються такі важливі питання, як особливості епізоотичного процесу, патогенезу та лікування собак, хворих на парвовірусний ентерит, ускладненим асоціаціями умовно патогенних бактерій, що є актуальним напрямком наукових досліджень. Таким чином, постійне вивчення епізоотології даного захворювання, проблеми точної діагностики та застосування ефективних схем лікування і стали предметом вибору нашої роботи. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: вивчити епізоотичну ситуацію щодо парвовірозу у собак, сезонну динаміку, особливості перебігу захворювання, проаналізувати методи діагностики та лікування парвовірусного ентериту. Завдання: Проаналізувати вікову динаміку захворювання тварин на парвовірусний ентерит, сезонну динаміку захворювання. Визначити терапевтичну ефективність при лікуванні хвороби. Об’єкт дослідження: хворі собаки на інфекційні захворювання вірусної етіології. Предмет дослідження: епізоотична ситуація щодо парвовірусного ентериту собак. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів: матеріали магістерської роботи та її результати будуть використані фахівцями практичної ветеринарної медицини при розробці схем лікування та профілактичних заходів, хворих на парвовіроз тварин Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. Canine parvovirus enteritis is considered one of the most common infectious diseases and leads to significant losses in dog breeding both in Ukraine and in other countries. The general economic losses from parvovirus consist of the costs of the death and culling of animals in service dog breeding and the costs of preventive, anti-epizootic and treatment measures. Mortality among puppies up to 6 months of age can reach 50–80%. Along with significant material losses caused by this disease, the moral damage caused to the owners of sick animals is also obvious. In connection with the increase in the number of dogs in urban conditions, parvovirus enteritis is becoming widespread both among domestic dogs and among homeless animals. As for the epizootology of this disease, it remains open in connection with various data on the age and breed dynamics of canine parvovirus infection. The clinical picture of sick animals and patho-anatomical changes in organs after the death of dogs, especially at the beginning of an epizootic, are inappropriate and insufficient for making a diagnosis, therefore the introduction of methods of reliable diagnosis of parvovirus enteritis are relevant for dog breeding. Such important issues as features of the epizootic process, pathogenesis and treatment of dogs suffering from parvovirus enteritis, complicated by associations of conditionally pathogenic bacteria, remain poorly understood, which is an actual direction of scientific research. Thus, the constant study of the epizootology of this disease, the problems of accurate diagnosis and the application of effective treatment schemes became the subject of our work. The purpose of the qualification work: to study the epizootic situation regarding parvovirus in dogs, seasonal dynamics, peculiarities of the course of the disease, to analyze the methods of diagnosis and treatment of parvovirus enteritis. Task: To analyze the age-related dynamics of parvovirus enteritis in animals, the seasonal dynamics of the disease. To determine the therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of the disease. The object of the study: dogs suffering from infectious diseases of viral etiology. The subject of the study: the epizootic situation regarding canine parvovirus enteritis.
