Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи процес прийняття управлінських рішень на рівні підприємства. Особлива увага буде приділена вивченню структури цього процесу, взаємозв'язкам між учасниками, використанню інструментів та методів прийняття рішень в умовах нестабільності та невизначеності. Предметом є процес прийняття управлінських рішень на рівні підприємства, з фокусом на вдосконаленні цього процесу в умовах сучасного бізнес-середовища та його оптимізації в умовах невизначеності та нестабільності. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у системному аналізі та розробці оптимальних стратегій прийняття управлінських рішень на рівні підприємства в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища, зокрема під впливом негативних факторів, таких як воєнні дії, економічні труднощі та природні катастрофи. Проведено аналіз особливостей ухвалення управлінських рішень на підприємстві в умовах постійних змін. Виділено вплив обмежень та наведені ключові етапи прийняття управлінських рішень та їх критерії оцінки. Особлива увага приділена важливості інформаційного забезпечення підприємств, а також визначені його вимог. Також встановлено, що стратегічне мислення та процес прийняття рішень включають покрокові процедури для ефективного використання раціонального прийняття рішень в розрізі підприємств. The research aims to reveal and analyze modern trends and challenges related to the process of making managerial decisions at the enterprise level in the changing business environment, in particular under the influence of military actions and other negative factors. The object of qualification work is the process of making management decisions at the enterprise level. Special attention will be paid to the study of the structure of this process, the relationships between participants, the use of decision-making tools and methods in conditions of instability and uncertainty. The subject is the process of making managerial decisions at the enterprise level, with a focus on improving this process in the conditions of the modern business environment and its optimization in conditions of uncertainty and instability. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the systematic analysis and development of optimal management decision-making strategies at the enterprise level in conditions of an unstable external environment, in particular under the influence of negative factors such as military actions, economic difficulties and natural disasters. An analysis of the peculiarities of management decision-making at the enterprise in conditions of constant changes was carried out. The impact of restrictions is highlighted and the key stages of management decision-making and their evaluation criteria are given. Special attention is paid to the importance of information provision of enterprises, as well as its requirements are defined. It was also established that strategic thinking and the decision-making process include step-by-step procedures for the effective use of rational decision-making across enterprises.
