У другому розділі визначено напрями управління підвищенням економічної ефективності виробничо-збутовою діяльністю в підприємстві молочного напряму. Висновки. Досліджуване підприємство має зерново-молочний напрям виробництва. Найбільша частка в структурі товарної продукції належить озимій пшениці, молоку та соняшнику. Сприятлива митна політика ЄС останніх місяців призвела до зростання закупівельних цін на молоко, що можна розглядати як фактор сприяння ефективному розвитку молочного скотарства в країні взагалі і в підприємстві, зокрема. Таким чином, виробництво молока виявилось для підприємства прибутковим: рентабельність зросла на 30,6 відсоткових пунктів та склала 59,4 %. В підприємстві налагоджена технологічна лінія виробництва молока гатунку «екстра», однак, якісні параметри молочної сировини наразі не відповідають стандартам. Головну причину вбачаємо у незбалансованій годівлі тварин, що підтверджується й аналізом витрат кормів. Попри те, що обсяг витрат кормів в розрахунку на 1 ц виробленої продукції збільшився за досліджуваний період на 17,5 %, обсяг концентрованих кормів, навпаки, зменшився на 5,8 %. Такий рівень годівлі в значній мірі визначив зниження надоїв молочних корів. Вирішення проблеми стабілізації валових надоїв молока та забезпечення відповідного рівня його якості варто розглядати разом з необхідністю налагодження стабільного збуту виробленої продукції. Перехід молочного скотарства підприємства на європейські стандарти потребує впровадження інноваційних технологій виробництва молока із врахуванням параметрів екологічної безпечності виробництва молока, надійності технічних засобів, енерго- та ресурсоощадливості технології виробництва тощо. The main purpose of the qualification work is to improve the efficiency management system of an agricultural enterprise in the dairy sector. The object of research is the process of managing the efficiency of a dairy enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results of the work lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and applied study of the directions of improving the efficiency management system of an agricultural enterprise in the dairy sector. Namely: the main parameters that will allow planning the profitability of the dairy sector of the enterprise using marginal analysis were further developed; directions for improving the economic efficiency of dairy raw materials production based on the analysis of the costs of forming the feed base of the dairy herd were identified. Qualification work: The first chapter defines the theoretical aspects of managing the efficiency of milk production. The second chapter defines the directions of management of increase of economic efficiency of production and marketing activities in the dairy enterprise. Conclusions. The researched enterprise has a grain and dairy production direction. The largest share in the structure of marketable products belongs to winter wheat, milk and sunflower. The favourable EU customs policy of recent months has led to an increase in purchase prices for milk, which can be seen as a factor contributing to the effective development of dairy farming in the country in general and in the enterprise in particular. Thus, milk production proved to be profitable for the company: profitability increased by 30.6 percentage points to 59.4%. The company has set up a production line for extra milk, but the quality of raw milk does not currently meet the standards. The main reason for this is unbalanced animal feeding, which is confirmed by the analysis of feed consumption. Despite the fact that the volume of feed consumption per 1 tonne of production increased by 17.5% over the study period, the volume of concentrated feed, on the contrary, decreased by 5.8%. This level of feeding largely determined the decline in milk yields of dairy cows. Solving the problem of stabilising gross milk yields and ensuring an appropriate level of milk quality should be considered together with the need to establish stable sales of the products. The transition of dairy farming to European standards requires the introduction of innovative milk production technologies, taking into account the parameters of environmental safety of milk production, reliability of technical means, energy and resource efficiency of production technology, etc. Додано в НРАТ 2025-11-21 Закрити
