Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління зайнятістю молоді в умовах цифрової трансформації ринку праці. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти оптимізації управління зайнятістю молоді, спрямовані на розвиток людського капіталу та підвищення ефективності взаємодії суб’єктів ринку праці в умовах цифровізації. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у розробці теоретичних та практичних підходів до вдосконалення управління зайнятістю молоді в умовах цифровізації, зокрема: - визначено основні фактори, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність молодих фахівців на ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки, зокрема рівень цифрових навичок та мобільність. - обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення освітніх програм для молоді з метою розвитку сучасних цифрових компетентностей, що відповідають вимогам ринку праці. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: • у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління зайнятістю молоді; • у другому розділі проведено оцінку тенденцій цифрової трансформації у сфері зайнятості молоді; • у третьому розділі обґрунтовано сучасні підходи до зайнятості молоді та підвищення її конкурентоспроможності в умовах цифрової економіки. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в розробці рекомендацій, які можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління зайнятістю молоді в умовах цифрової трансформації The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is to substantiate theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations for improving the process of youth employment management based on the development of human capital and optimizing the interaction between labor market subjects in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. The object of the study is the process of youth employment management in the conditions of digital transformation of the labor market. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of optimizing youth employment management, aimed at the development of human capital and increasing the effectiveness of the interaction of labor market subjects in conditions of digitalization. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of theoretical and practical approaches to the improvement of youth employment management in conditions of digitalization, in particular: - the main factors affecting the competitiveness of young professionals in the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy are determined, in particular the level of digital skills and mobility. - the need to improve educational programs for young people in order to develop modern digital competences that meet the requirements of the labor market is substantiated. In the qualification (master's) thesis: • theoretical aspects of youth employment management are considered in the first chapter; • in the second section, an assessment of digital transformation trends in the field of youth employment was carried out; • the third chapter substantiates modern approaches to youth employment and increasing its competitiveness in the conditions of the digital economy. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations that can be used to improve the effectiveness of youth employment management in the context of digital transformation.
