We was determine the degrees of activity of membrane Mg2+-ATPase of embryo. We calculated kinetic characteristic of membrane Na+, K+-ATPase of blastomers. We researched effect of laser emission and macrocyclic lactones on activity of Na+, K+-ATPase and summary activity of Са2+-ATPase, ultra structure of loach embryos.
